Lots of new places and things in Madeleine's life in this week's installment!

Madeleine got a new high chair, so she can sit up at the table with us as we eat.

However, when we put the tray on the high chair, it sits about at her lower lip.  This is fine for her to suck on the edge of the tray, but doesn't make feeding her any easier.

We visited Uncle Roger at his new house down in Hollister for Memorial day.  Here we are squinting in the bright sunlight.  A fine sunny day, but overcast is better for photographs.

This must be the part when daddy started singing to her.  That always makes her laugh.  A much more civil response than my singing usually gets!

We also had a few visits from "Crazy Oma," pictured here wearing the Boppy Pillow on her head.

About half of the mommies group that Nancy and Madeleine hang out with one or two days a week.  They can take over a whole park it appears.

Done sticking her finger in her own mouth, Madeleine shows she can share by sticking her finger in somebody else's mouth.

Best New Toy! The Evenflo Ultra Saucer.  We put Madeleine in one of these at Kiddie World and she took to it right away.  Once daddy got the one we brought home put together (some assembly required, no doubt something that will be a recurring theme in my life from now on) it was the hit of the family room.

All dressed up in her pink sailor's suit (no doubt from the Navy of which the Village People sang) with all sorts of pretty beads to play with.

So a good time was had with the beads, which we managed to keep out of her mouth.
