Quality Assurance Engineer - April 1998 to September 2000

Manager, Quality Assurance - September 2000 - Current

This is where I work currently, so I had better think about this before I write anything!

Edify makes a product called Electronic Workforce.  EWF, as we call it, is a really amazing development environment that allows you to create business applications that can allow your customers to access information via the phone or over the web from a wide variety of back-end systems that most companies already have in place.  It is likely that you have used EWF and never knew it.  The Edify web site shows a list of companies that use EWF.

The company  was sold to Intervoice of Dallas, Texas in November of 2005, the deal becoming final on January 1, 2006.

This is my office at Edify.  Like many things in my life, if could be tidied up a bit.

This was my team at work in early 2001, consisting of Julie So, Nicole Silva, myself, and Raymond Loui.  We are sitting in Julie's office. Unfortunately, Julie, Nicole, and Raymond do not work at Edify any more.  I'll have to take a picture of my new team.

Nelson Padaguan and Jim Holmes in one of the Edify labs.  Jim has just pressed in the power button on a machine that is about an hour into a 48 hour test.  If he let's go, the test must be restarted.  We, of course, are busy mocking his predicament.
